Founded in May 2008 by Shawn Burst, Dukky was created in response to the low redemption, high per-unit cost and lack of tracking available through traditional direct marketing programs. Dukky is an innovative direct marketing channel that allows marketers to increase the efficiency of their direct mail programs by seamlessly integrating new technologies that allow campaigns to spread virally. Never before has a software as a service (SaaS) been able to fully track the social influence of a consumer through generations of sharing.
